Beth is a classical homeopath trained in serving people of all ages and
health conditions. She will work with
each individual to provide “whole person”, alternative medicine care. The natural remedies used in homeopathy are
designed to work gently and quickly to resolve symptoms including, but not
limited to, anxiety, depression, dizziness, ear ache, fever, headache,
hyperactivity, joint stiffness, pain, short attention span, sore throat, and
stomach upsets. Homeopathic remedies are
derived from natural, organic materials which have been used safely and
effectively for centuries by native Americans and other ancient cultures like
Greece and Rome. Natural medicine
provides an alternative that looks not just at symptoms but at the entire
person and the connection between mind, body and spirit.

Did You Know?
Celebrities
Catherine Zeta-Jones, Cher, and Tina Turner are devotees of homeopathy.
Catherine
Zeta-Jones (1969- )
Catherine
Zeta-Jones is an Academy Award-winning
Welsh actress. She became
internationally famous after leading role in The Mask of Zorro (1998) with
Antonio Banderas, where she was seen as one of the
most beautiful woman to ever grace the silver screen. Since then, she has starred in numerous major
films, including Entrapment (1999), Traffic (2000), America's Sweethearts
(2001), Chicago (2002), Intolerable Cruelty (2003), The Terminal (2004), and
Ocean's Twelve (2004). She won an
Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for the movie Chicago in 2003.
The
popular American magazine, Entertainment Weekly (2-21-03) interviewed Catherine
while she was making Chicago, and the article noted, "Say hello to Arnica,
Catherine Zeta-Jones' best friend from the set of musical Chicago . The pal
isn't a she. It's a homeopathic herbal remedy, and the two got to know each
other intimately during the hamstring-hampering shoot. 'The pain wasn't there when I was doing it
(applying Arnica). I had that sticky stuff glued to me for months. Brings out
the bruising, darling.'"
Tina
Turner (1939- )
Tina
Turner is a Grammy Award winning American pop, rock and soul singer...and she
has won seven Grammy Awards. She is
often called "the Queen of Rock & Roll." Her name embossed on a star on the Hollywood
Walk of Fame, and she was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in the
1990s.
It
is hard to imagine it, but during the mid-1970s Tina Turner contracted
tuberculosis. She initially sought
conventional medical treatment, but she still suffered until she sought care
from Chandra Sharma, MD, A HOMEOPATHIC DOCTOR IN England. Within six weeks, she was cured...and due to
this treatment, Tina was able to maintain the high energy musical performance
for which she is now famous.
Although
Dr. Sharma has since passed away, his son, Rajendra
Sharma, MD, HAS CONTINUED TO TREAT Tina using various homeopathic and natural
medicines.
Cher
(1946- )
Cher,
initially named Cherilyn Sarkisian,
is a total entertainer, a well-rounded singer and actress who achieved true
diva-hood. She has won a Grammy Award
(1999), an Academy Award (1989), Golden Globe Awards (1974,1984, 1989), and an
Emmy Award (2003). She is one of the
best-seller women singers of all time, and Madame Tussaud's
Wax Museum immortalized her in 1992 with a life-sized statue as one of the five
Most Beautiful Women of History.
In
1987, homeopathic medicine helped save Cher's life after she was struck down by
a debilitating viral illness that manifested in chronic fatigue and bouts of
pneumonia that disabled her from working for two years. Although it is difficult to imagine Cher
having chronic fatigue syndrome, though it is not surprising that homeopathy
helped someone heal from a debilitating chronic illness (again).
Find
out to which homeopathic organizations Cher donated $24,000 and which other celebrities
and various cultural heroes used and appreciated homeopathic medicines in Dana Ullman's Homeopathy Revolution: Why Famous People and
Cultural Heroes Choose Homeopathy (available October 2007; published by North
Atlantic Books and Random House). See a
copy of the Table of Contents, a sample chapter on "Literary Greats,"
and a series of supportive quotes for the book from professors at Harvard,
Stanford, Georgetown, and others at
