When you choose to come in for the initial homeopathic consultation, you can expect to spend about two (2) hours. We will discuss your current health concerns and the history of those concerns.

When you arrive for your appointment, please

· check in at the front desk.

· Feel free to wait in the

comfortable waiting area

or take an opportunity to

· browse the boutique.

You will also pick up any remedies at the front desk.

Follow-up appointments are about 30-45 minutes long.

If you have an acute illness (cold, flu, ear ache, poison ivy, sprained ankle, etc.) please feel free to call. I will listen to your concerns and suggest a remedy.

FEE SCHEDULE

· Payment can be made with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Health Saving Accounts and Flex Plans often will pay for homeopathic care.

· Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

Initial Consultation: $200.00

(Fee Includes)

· Two (2) hour appointment

· Unlimited telephone calls for the first two (2) months after the initial appointment

· First remedy

· All taxes (remedies are taxed, however consultations are not)

Follow-up Appointment: $55.00

Follow-up visits are any visit following the initial consultation, Whether on the telephone or in the office.

Acute Care Consultation: $20.00 - $50.00

Acute care consultations may be done over the telephone or in the office. The price depends upon the extent of the consultation and if you are currently receiving homeopathic care for chronic health concerns. Consultation fees for acute care are billed once during the course of treatment, even if you need to speak with the homeopath several times.

Remedies: $15.00 plus tax (6.875%) $16.03

Remedy Mailing: (Shipping and Handling) $3.00

· Twenty-four hour cancellation notice is requested.

· Missing two (2) scheduled appointments consecutively will result in a no show fee of $55.00.
